Ticket Policy

Tickets may only be used by the ticket holder, and cannot be resold or transferred without permission from the Conference. Before July 26, 2024 tickets may be canceled for a refund, minus a $25 + 13% HST administrative fee that will be retained by the Conference. After July 26, tickets may be canceled for a 50% refund.

 

After September 2, refunds are not available for canceled tickets. If you need to cancel your ticket or can no longer attend, please contact us at conference@animaljustice.ca.

 

The Conference is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. Ticket holders agree to be respectful of all others at the Conference, including attendees, speakers, staff, and volunteers. Demeaning, discriminatory, and harassing behaviour directed at gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, social status, religion, creed, ability, age, appearance, or other personal characteristics is not permitted.

 

Ticket holders agree to abide by health and safety policies that are in effect at the time the Conference is held. By registering and attending the Conference, ticket holders consent to being photographed, video recorded, and / or audio recorded. Images, videos, and audio recordings may be used for news, advertising, social media, to promote future conferences, or other reasons.

 

Ticket holders release the conference from any liability resulting from the creation or use of such photos, video, or audio recordings. Nonhuman animals are not permitted at the conference, with the exception of service animals. The Conference reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel tickets and / or refuse entry with or without refund, including for inappropriate conduct, or for failure to comply with the ticket policy.
